Is this the Department of Labor?

No. LM-Ready is an independent service and isn't affiliated with the Department of Labor or any union. You still file through the government's own EFS system.

Is the first draft really free?

Yes. No card, no obligation. If you'd like us to do it again next year, that's $299 per report, and you only pay if you choose to.

Who checks the numbers?

You do, with our help. Every number in the draft is tied to specific bank lines in the worksheet, and anything we're unsure about is flagged for you instead of guessed.

What if we file an LM-4 instead?

That works too. Tell us on the form and we'll prepare the shorter LM-4 draft.

Is this legal or accounting advice?

No. We prepare a draft from your records for you to review. You and your local's officers remain responsible for what you file.
